Today, our staff members certified or re-certified in Pet CPR and First Aid. The class was instructed by George Booth of Canine Professional Services. The course details pet saving techniques including immobilization and muzzling, bleeding management, choking management, heat injuries, cold injuries, seizures, shock management, and poisonous substances. It also covers nose to tail pet health assessing. PetTech CPR and First Aid training is designed to stabilize and/or support pets in emergencies and transport them to a Veterinarian. It does not replace the advice or care of a licensed Veterinarian.
